Before your first withdrawal can be processed, jnt138 requires completion of KYC verification. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of your first withdrawal request may result in the suspension of withdrawal access pending verification.

Deposits are typically credited to your jnt138 balance within 1–3 minutes of payment confirmation. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are processed within 2–5 minutes for e-wallet destinations and 5–15 minutes for bank transfer destinations during WIB business hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or when additional verification is required.
Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment account used for your most recent deposit unless you have contacted jnt138 support and completed a formal payment method change request. jnt138 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment instruments not registered in your name.
An account is considered dormant if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. jnt138 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rp 50.000 to dormant accounts with a positive balance, after giving 30 days' prior written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the dormancy period.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, and promotional credits offered by jnt138 are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to a jnt138 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn.
